If you bought at www.blend-tea.com as a consumer you can return the products within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason (right of withdrawal, Italian Consumer Code, art. 52 and following).
How to return a product, step by step
- Email us at info@blendweb.it within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and the products you want to return. We confirm the return by email.
- Pack the products intact, in their original packaging.
- Send them within 14 days of your email, with the courier or postal service of your choice, to:

We recommend a tracked service; keep the receipt.
- Get your refund of what you paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, using the payment method of your order. We may wait until we have received the products before refunding. We email you when the refund is made.
Return costs
Return shipping costs are paid by you.
Excluded products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food products opened after delivery (for example an opened pack of tea), as for hygiene reasons they can no longer be sold (Italian Consumer Code, art. 59).
Damaged or wrong product
If a product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us at info@blendweb.it with your order number and, if you can, a photo: we will replace it or refund you, at no cost to you.
