This refined tea is hand crafted from the bud and second leaf of the tea plant. The pearls are then scented up to five times with night-blooming jasmine flowers. It was traditionally served during special occasions. Our tin contains 50g.

Characteristic of jasmine, floral and delicate.

appearance

Small pearls of rolled tea leaves, mixed with jasmine petals. Clear, pale-yellow liquor.

taste

On the palate, it immediately appears delicate and floral, with clear notes of jasmine and white tea. Right away we perceive the cleanliness and balance of the single scents, and the freshness of the tea buds. Persistent yet delicate finish.

pairings

Excellent on its own, but a classic paired with Chinese cuisine, such as dim sum. It goes well with citrus and the brilliant notes of coriander and tropical fruits (mango, and maracuya in particular).

250ml of fresh water (filtered if necessary)
