This original blend of Ceylon teas produces a strong yet aromatic cup, with a fresh, bright, amber-colored liquor. It is softer than a traditional "English Breakfast" blend (which was actually invented in New York!), which is more suited to the Italian taste. Robust yet soft and fragrant, it's a perfect tea for breakfast. Our Italian Breakfast is 100% broken leaf Ceylon: it tolerates the addition of milk and sugar.

Broken leaves of a lively copper color. Redddish dark-amber liquor.

In the mouth, it begins with smooth and full-bodied notes, followed by hints of walnuts and dates. A brilliant vegetal note makes a brief appearance, surprising the palate momentarily. Relatively soft tannins.
