Lemongrass leaves and lemon peel, with blue cornflower petals. Clear yellow-green liquor.

It immediately hits the palate with a hint of lemon, but without the acidity that normally accompanies it, followed by a lively note of green tea. Clear, balanced and with a clean and refreshing finish.

pairings

Excellent on its own, it's a great accompaniment for Asian dishes (especially Thai and Malay).

250ml of fresh water (filtered if necessary)
